Every FPD order is hand-packed in our Los Angeles studio. Here's exactly what to expect when you shop with us.

Free US shipping
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $125. The discount is automatically applied at checkout once your subtotal qualifies — no code required.

Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm PT (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm PT, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.
During major drops and sale events, please allow up to 2 additional business days for your order to be picked, quality-checked, and dispatched.

Transit times start once your package leaves our Los Angeles studio and exclude weekends and federal holidays.

International shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of the European Union. International rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.
