We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to exchange or return.

30-day return window
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. Exchanges for a different size or color are offered at no additional charge.

What's eligible
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Items in their original, unwashed condition
- Items shipped back within the 30-day window
Final sale items (marked as such on the product page), intimates, swim, and accessories marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

How to start a return
- Visit our returns portal and enter your order number plus the email used at checkout.
- Select the items you'd like to return and choose a reason — this helps us get better.
- Print the prepaid USPS label we email you and drop the package off at any USPS location.
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of the warehouse receiving your return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to start a return for your original size and place a new order — this guarantees availability. If the size or color you want is out of stock, our team can set up a manual exchange once inventory is restocked.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong piece, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement at no cost and cover return postage.
